Requirements
- MUST be minimum 18 years of age
- Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the USA
- 6 months to 1 year labor experience
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Must be able to complete and successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug test ( This will be arranged by CWC Ironhand Drilling)
- Ability to work rotations of 20 days on and 10 days off ( -including weekends and holidays)
- Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions such as rain, heat/cold, and exposure to loud noises
- Ability to work in fast paced/repetitious environment
- Previous experience as a carpenter, general laborer, roofer, landscaper, heavy equipment operator, construction, pipefitting, oil and gas, energy services, drilling rig, mining, rig, oilfield, diamond drilling, mining, directional drilling, heavy equipment operator, etc.

All 22 drilling rigs have top drives, 8 have pad rig walking systems, 3 have carbon reduction bi-fuel capabilities, and 2 have high line power capabilities.
