Element Technical Services is hiring for Frac Leads, Operators and Supervisors 

Locations: Casper, Wyoming

Frac Lead 

“FRAC Lead Operator will have a thorough knowledge of hydration unit operation and rig-in/rig-out processes, and be able to troubleshoot hydration issues on the go. Responsible for ensuring suction valving is correct and that tank levels are sufficient prior to starting a stage.  Recognizes the importance of preventive maintenance and plans accordingly.  Other duties as required.”

Requirements:

  • Class A CDL
  • Tanker and Hazmat
  • Clean Drivers Record
  • H2S
  • First Aid and CPR
  • PEC/Safeland
  • Fall Protection
  • Fire Extinguisher Training
  • Fire and Explosion Hazard Training
  • Radiation Awareness

Schedule: 14 days on/7 days off (could vary)

Frac Operator 

“FRAC Operator is responsible for developing an overall understanding of a Frac Location, specifically the dangers of the red zone, yellow zone, and chemical zones. Will work closely with the Line Boss with responsibility for keeping greasers and fuel tanks full, and assisting with pump maintenance.  Will learn basic rig-in/rig-out procedures, learn to troubleshoot, and complete preventive maintenance and paperwork as required.”

Frac Supervisors 

“The position of FRAC Supervisor is responsible for understanding of operating procedures, has thorough knowledge of rig-in/rig-out processes, lease set-ups, iron requirements, monthly Densitometer inspections.  Mechanically inclined and knowledgeable of the equipment.  Operation of the Data Van including maintaining records for H2S and 4-Gas Monitors.  Knowledge of the equipment, inputs well data, general computer skills and programming the FRAC software.  Responsible to call the job while monitoring progress.

Promotes safety and demonstrates safe work habits to crew members, responsible for executing appropriate steps in emergency situation.”
